Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180° C (convection oven). Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, grate the cheese. If the core cavity is too small for an egg, enlarge it a little more with a tablespoon.
Step 2:
Place both avocado halves in a small baking dish, making sure they are stable. Now slide an egg into the hollow of each avocado half. Season with salt, pepper and chili and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 3:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C (convection oven) on the top shelf for 15-20 min. Then remove from the oven, arrange on a plate with chives and enjoy.
