Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to approx. 200° C top-bottom heat. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices about 1.5 mm thick. Parmesan grate.
Step 2:
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the zucchini slices generously on it with some space between them. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper (always depends on how intensively your cheese is seasoned). Then spread the grated Parmesan on the zucchini slices.
Step 3:
For about 15-18 min in the oven - please always keep an eye on, as soon as the cheese is golden brown on top, the chips are done. Take out, let cool and snack.
