Step 1:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. For the base, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs and 80% of the cheese in a bowl. Dump the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Remove baking tray. Spread the tarte flambée base with crème fraiche and sprinkle with the salmon onion, the bacon cubes and the remaining cheese.
Step 3:
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese has a nice color.
