Step 1:
Put chia seeds, coconut milk, cinnamon and ginger powder in a glass and mix well. Then set aside and allow to swell for approx. 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 2:
Put strawberries and some stevia in a blender and puree finely.
Step 3:
Pour the finished chia pudding into a jar. Layer the coconut yogurt on top and the strawberry puree over it.
