ladyfinger egg sponge cakeladyfinger egg sponge cake 15 g
Mango (fresh)Mango (fresh)⅕ (100 g)

Preparation:

Step 1:
Cut the mango in half and remove the flesh from the peel. Puree together with approx. 1 tbsp. water in a blender (alternatively use a hand blender).
Step 2:
Pour the applesauce into a bowl and fold in the mango puree. Crumble the ladyfingers over the top and enjoy.
