Preparation:

Step 1:
Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape the pulp from the pod. Mix the vanilla pulp with milk and cottage cheese.
Step 2:
Wash the blueberries. Wash the apple, core it and cut it into small pieces. Put the blueberries, apple, lemon juice and apple syrup in a bowl and puree with a hand blender.
Step 3:
Layer the blueberry puree and vanilla curd alternately in small glasses. Pour the cashew butter on top and serve with some grated apple if desired.
