Preparation:

Step 1:
Prick the egg, and cook in boiling water for 6-7 minutes until waxy soft. Drain the egg and rinse with cold water.
Step 2:
Wash the radishes, and cut into slices. Peel the egg and cut slices.
Step 3:
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and lift the flesh out of the skin. Cut into strips and drizzle with lemon juice. Mash the flesh with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Spread the bread with the avocado and top with cheese, radish and egg. Garnish with fresh cress.
