Preparation:

Step 1:
Beat the eggs with the milk and some pepper and salt in a bowl (microwave safe). Heat covered at about 700 watts in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 2:
Remove bowl from microwave. Add meatloaf and cheese to the egg. Heat for another 2 minutes until the egg is firm.
