Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes, cocktail tomatoes (fresh)Cherry tomatoes, cocktail tomatoes (fresh)5 (100 g)

Ciabatta breadCiabatta bread⅓ (90 g)

Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200°C top and bottom heat. Cut the ciabatta bread into slices about 1cm thick. Now roast the slices in the oven for about 5-7min.
Step 2:
In the meantime, wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into quarters. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and coarsely chop basil.
Step 3:
Combine tomatoes, olive oil, basil and garlic in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Now spread the mixture on the toasted ciabatta slices, arrange and enjoy.
