Ingredients:

Preparation:

Step 1:
Roast the almonds in a frying pan without fat over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Step 2:
Squeeze 1/2 orange and cut the other half into small pieces. Peel and dice the kiwi and mango. Wash and quarter the strawberries. Put the sliced fruit in a bowl with the orange juice and mix it.
Step 3:
Mix the cottage cheese with honey and pour the fruit salad over it. Garnish with toasted almonds and serve.
