Step 1:
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Stir the yogurt, mustard and spices to make a marinade. Add chicken pieces to the marinade.
Step 2:
Line a baking tray with baking paper and set the oven to 200 degrees convection oven. Take two deep plates, whisk the egg in one, put the breadcrumbs in the other one.
Step 3:
Dip the chicken piece by piece first in the egg on both sides and then in the breadcrumbs. Spread the nuggets on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
