Preparation:

Step 1:
Thoroughly whisk the oatmeal together with the diced ham, the grated Emmental, the milk and the egg. Season well with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder. Allow the mixture to swell for about 5 min.
Step 2:
Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and clean the cauliflower well and grate finely. Now add the diced onion and the cauliflower flakes to the oatmeal mixture and mix well.
Step 3:
Now form small or large patties from the mixture and fry them in a pan with the rapeseed oil on both sides over medium heat for about 7 minutes. Finally, remove from the pan and serve with the herb curd cheese. Enjoy.
