Preparation:

Step 1:
In a sufficiently large and deep pan, heat a little oil. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Quite quickly add the cabbage and roast.
Step 2:
Peel and finely chop the onion and the garlic. Add together with the tomato paste, curry powder and cumin and sauté. Deglaze everything with a dash of balsamic vinegar.
Step 3:
Now add the coconut milk, stir well and simmer gently with the lid on for another 10 minutes.
