Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare pasta as described on the package.
Step 2:
In a deep skillet, heat a generous drizzle of olive oil. Briefly fry the finely chopped garlic in it. Shrimp salt and pepper well. If you like it spicy, add a finely chopped chili pepper to it.
Step 3:
Now fry the shrimp very briefly. Add the chopped parsley and toss briefly with. Finally, add the fully cooked pasta, mix well and season to taste.
Step 4:
Arrange on a plate and serve with parmesan cheese.
