Preparation:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Step 2:
Wash pumpkin and cut into wedges unpeeled. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Put everything in a baking dish, drizzle with 2/3 of the oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, finely chop the mint, mix with the yogurt and pepper.
Step 4:
Fry the turkey meat with the remaining oil in a non-stick pan until golden brown and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5:
Arrange the meat and pumpkin on a plate and top with the yogurt.
