Step 1:
Prepare rice according to package instructions.
Step 2:
Heat half of the oil in a non-stick frying pan and brown the minced meat in it. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Wash the bell bell pepper, zucchini, eggplant and tomato and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic.
Step 4:
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and sauté the shallot and garlic in it. Add the vegetables and fry. Deglaze with the water, add the minced meat and season with herbs, salt, paprika powder and pepper. Allow to cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Arrange meat, vegetables and rice on a plate.
