Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Separate eggs: Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese, baking powder and psyllium husks, season with herbs and salt and pepper if necessary. Add half of the cheese and mix thoroughly again, let swell for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the egg-cheese mixture, taking care to keep everything fluffy and light. Pour the egg mixture in equal portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Briefly take out the half finished pizza breads. First spread the bacon cubes and then the remaining baked cheese on top. Now put back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
