Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix well minced meat, eggs and spices. Spread on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil like a pizza dough. Evenly distribute the slices of ham and cheese.
Step 2:
Wash and dice the peppers and tomatoes and then distribute them as well. Now roll up the minced meat mixture evenly without the aluminum foil. Now, on a second sheet of aluminum foil, place the bacon strips in a tight row. Place the mince roll on top and roll up so that the bacon strips completely surround the mince roll. Wrap everything together with aluminum foil and seal so that nothing can run out.
Step 3:
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil, set the oven to 260 degrees and bake again for 20 minutes.
