Step 1:
Whisk egg, water and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir in the flour. Set the tempura batter aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
In the meantime, line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
Step 3:
Wash the chicken breast fillet and cut into medium sized pieces. Dip piece by piece in the tempura batter and spread well on the baking sheet. Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
