Step 1:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Whisk eggs, whole wheat flour and the sparkling water in a bowl. Fry for 2-3 minutes from one side and another minute from the other side.
Step 2:
Cut the avocado in half and cut as much as you want into strips. Remove the finished omelet from the pan and top with the cooked ham and avocado strips. Finish with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
Step 3:
Cut the omelet in half and roll up into a wrap.
