Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare pasta as described on the package. Cook the frozen peas for the last 2 minutes.
Step 2:
Peel and finely dice the onion. Bacon cut into small pieces. Parmesan finely grate. Then whisk eggs, 3/4 of the Parmesan cheese and 4/5 tablespoons of the pasta water. Season with pepper and a little salt.
Step 3:
Fry bacon in a pan without fat. Fry the onions briefly. Drain pasta and pea mix and return to pot. Fold in bacon mix first, then egg mixture and mix well. Season with pepper and finally sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
