Step 1:
Preheat oven to 170 °C. For the base, mix curd, eggs and 60 grams of cheese in a bowl and season. Dump the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Remove the baking tray and cover the bottom with tomatoes and cooked ham. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Put in the oven again until the cheese has a nice color.
Step 3:
Let cool, sprinkle with arugula and roll up carefully.
