Step 1:
Clean the zucchini, wash and cut or slice lengthwise into fine strips. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Drain and shred the tuna fish.
Step 2:
Unroll the pizza dough on the baking paper and place on a baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the dough and sprinkle with the herbs. Spread mozzarella, tuna and zucchini on top. Drizzle with olive oil and leave in preheated oven (convection oven 200 °C) for 10-12 minutes. Then remove and sprinkle with pepper.
