Preparation:

Step 1:
Drain the artichoke hearts well in a sieve. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, drain and chop coarsely.
Step 2:
Finely puree the artichoke hearts together with the spinach and olive oil in a blitz chopper (alternatively use the blender) and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Slice the grain roll open and spread both halves generously with the bread spread. Enjoy.
