Step 1:
Cut fennel, apple and onion into thin slices. Chop walnuts and feta. Put everything together with the salad in a large bowl.
Step 2:
Mix well the juice of the lemon with mustard and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Then pour over the salad and mix gently.
Step 3:
Serve and enjoy.
