Preparation:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection oven.
Step 2:
Mix half of the olive oil, finely chopped dill, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Then brush the salmon with the marinade.
Step 3:
Wash tomatoes, peppers and zucchini and cut into small pieces. Then place in an ovenproof dish.
Step 4:
Add the remaining oil, salt, pepper and the juice of the lemon to the oven dish and mix together.
Step 5:
Put the vegetables in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then place the marinated salmon on top of the vegetables and bake for another 10 minutes. After that serve.
