Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare pasta as described on the package.
Step 2:
Cut tofu into cubes of about 1 cm. Parmesan finely grate. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, heat butter in a frying pan and fry tofu in it for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the soy cream, add the parsley and bring to the boil. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 4:
Drain the pasta and drain well. Mix with sauce and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
