Preparation:

Step 1:

Clean the vegetables, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan with the remaining oil. Season with herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Add the beaten egg and allow to set. Cover with pieces of chicken and let cook until done with a lid. Then arrange on a plate.
