Preparation:

Step 1:
Heat a pot with lightly salted water. Meanwhile, cut broccoli into florets and cook in water for approx. 5 minutes until al dente and then drain.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized pieces, peel and finely chop the scarlet and fry in a non-stick pan with the oil. Deglaze with coconut milk and water and stir in peanut butter and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper and chili and simmer gently for about 8 minutes, covered with a lid.
Step 3:
Arrange broccoli, chicken and peanut sauce on a plate.
