Preparation:

Step 1:
Cut onion and bell bell pepper into small pieces. Heat oil in a pot. Brown the minced meat and onions. Briefly fry tomato paste and garlic.
Step 2:
Fill up with strained tomatoes. Add peppers, corn and kidney beans to the pot. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and sugar. Depending on the creaminess, add more water and bring to a boil. Continue to simmer over low heat until peppers are tender and cooked through. Serve with a freshly toasted slice of whole wheat bread.
