Step 1:
Hard boil egg for about 8-10 minutes. Then peel and cut into slices.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, remove the flesh from the avocado and mash into a cream. Wash and slice the tomato. Wash and drain lettuce.
Step 3:
Toast bread slices in a toaster or use them unsliced. Spread a slice of bread with the avocado cream, top first with lettuce and then with turkey breast slices. Then put egg and slices of toast on top and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put other slice of bread on top.
