Step 1:
Spinach wash and pat dry. Avocado cut into slices. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop finely.
Step 2:
Top 2 slices of bread, one at a time, with 1/4 of the cheese, half of the avocado, half of the spinach, half of the herbs, and then with remaining cheese. Season sandwiches with salt and pepper. Finish with the remaining two slices of toast and press together lightly.
Step 3:
Rub a pan with garlic. Add oil and fry the sandwiches in it over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
