Step 1:
Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise and season to taste with pepper and salt. Cut the lettuce into small strips and mix with the mayonnaise-mustard mixture.
Step 2:
Toast or toast slices of toast, top with salad mixture and top with slices of chicken breast. Slice the tomato and the boiled egg and place on the sandwiches.
Step 3:
