Preparation:
Step 1:
Finely dice the bacon, if it is not already cut. Wash and peel the onion, the carrot and the potatoes. Then also dice. Sliced pork sausage.
Step 2:
First fry the bacon, the slices of Mett and the onions. Fry the carrots and potatoes briefly, then deglaze with the broth and let everything boil for about 10 minutes.
Step 3:
At the end add the beans and finish cooking the stew for about 15 minutes. Last but not least, season to taste with salt and pepper.
