Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.
Step 2:
Place thawed creamed spinach in a bowl with the egg and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything together well until the mixture is slightly foamy. Then pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread it out, if possible, so that a rectangle is formed. Spread the Gouda on top. Put in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Step 3:
When the cheese turns golden brown, the mass is ready. Now let this cool completely. Then spread the cream cheese evenly over the mixture, top with the ham and roll up the dough.
Step 4:
Either eat the spinach roll directly or let it firm up a bit in the refrigerator. Finally, this is still cut into slices.
