Step 1:
Peel bananas and cut into small pieces.
Step 2:
Put oatmeal, almonds, banana, baking powder, almond milk and a pinch of salt in a stand mixer and blend to a fine paste.
Step 3:
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the batter in portions to make pancakes.
Step 4:
For the curd cream: mix blueberries, curd and vanilla sugar. After consistency stir in some more water and serve with the pancakes.
