Step 1:
Cut the tomatoes in half and place on a plate with the spinach.
Step 2:
Heat half of the oil in a frying pan. Fry shrimp in it, turning, for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add warm to the salad.
Step 3:
For the dressing, mix yogurt with remaining oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and top everything with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
