Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash and drain lamb's lettuce.
Step 2:
For the pea dip: Grate the zest of the lime, squeeze the juice and put it in a blender together with the peas, tahini paste, garlic and coriander and puree finely. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Fry turkey breast in a coated pan with coconut oil until golden brown on both sides and season with pepper and salt.
Step 4:
Serve everything on a plate and serve the dip with it.
