Step 1:
Wash vegetables, cut lettuce into fine strips, grate carrots and zucchini and cut spring onions into fine rings. Chop garlic, dice tofu.
Step 2:
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and briefly fry garlic and tofu in it. Mix in curry - fry briefly, add soy sauce and stir until the liquid has evaporated - then keep warm briefly.
Step 3:
Heat wrap tortilla briefly on both sides in a coated pan or cold, depending on taste. Wrap tortilla with lettuce, carrots, zucchini scallions, fried tofu, and a little sambal oelek in the middle. Fold wrap tortilla sideways, roll up and pin together with a toothpick, for example, and cut in half. Serve with remaining sambal oelek and enjoy.
