Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare Kritharaki as described on the package.
Step 2:
Mix well minced meat with salt, pepper, tomato paste, ketchup, oregano and half an onion finely chopped. Then fry the mince mixture in a large pan with 1 tsp olive oil until crumbly, then leave to cool.
Step 3:
Dice the bell bell pepper into very small pieces, chop the remaining half onion finely as well and let it steep in the salad dressing with 1 tsp. olive oil.
Step 4:
Mix drained pasta with the minced meat and add the marinated diced peppers. Mix everything well and leave to infuse.
