Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare tortellini as described on the package and drain well. Then mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl and leave to cool. Fold in the dried tomatoes and pine nuts and lamb's lettuce and arrange on a platter.
Step 2:
Cut tomatoes in half and distribute the halves. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a vinaigrette and drizzle over the salad. Finally sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
