Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare pasta as described on the package.
Step 2:
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Rosemary wash and pluck off the needles. Heat oil in a large pot. Fry minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry the onion, garlic and rosemary briefly. Then add tomatoes and chop them a bit.
Step 3:
Pour 1 1/4 l water, bring to a boil and stir in broth. Season with pepper and 1 tsp paprika. Add the pasta and simmer, covered, for about 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. Rinse and drain the beans. For the last 2 minutes with heat. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
