Step 1:
Mix low-fat curd cheese, grated cheese and eggs to a thick mixture. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a hot oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes. Let dough cool.
Step 2:
Mix the mustard, ketchup and the natural yogurt together to make a sauce. Fry the minced meat in a pan with salt and pepper until crumbly. Slice the cucumbers and add to the minced meat.
Step 3:
Spread 1/3 of the sauce on the baked dough. Spread the still warm minced meat over it and melt the processed cheese over the minced meat. Place lettuce and tomatoes on top. Spread remaining sauce on top. Roll up the dough with the help of the baking paper so that it looks like a biscuit roll. It is important not to spread too much on the dough, otherwise the roll will be too thick and the filling will swell out at both ends.
